Clearer FAQ overrides, smarter appointment pricing, and easier attendee search
This release makes FAQ location overrides easier to understand at a glance, refines how appointment pricing and change reasons are handled, and improves the calendar with richer previews and a faster way to find staff and clients when adding attendees.
Features
- Clearer FAQ location overrides: the FAQ list now shows exactly how each location differs — whether the question is hidden there, shown with a different answer, or both — instead of just a count.
- FAQ list grouped by category: FAQs are now grouped under category headings, the same way the services list already works, making the list easier to scan.
- Smarter appointment change reasons: the appointment edit form now asks for the right reason automatically, based on whether you changed the service, the price, or both.
- Clearer pricing choices: when editing an appointment, the current service or location price stays visible while you enter a different price, so you always know what you're comparing against.
- Richer calendar previews: appointment cards and previews now show all attendees with their roles, along with location and status together, plus a direct Edit action.
- Easier attendee search: a new people filter on appointments lets you browse your whole team or search staff and clients by name, with helpful hints and keyboard shortcuts staying visible while you scroll through results.
- Focused quick search: the quick search (Cmd-K) no longer includes appointments, keeping it focused on clients, staff, and services.
Fixes
- Editing attendees on past appointments: fixed an issue where adding or changing attendees on an appointment that had already taken place could be incorrectly rejected, even when no conflict existed.
Security and reliability
- Ongoing security maintenance: underlying software components were routinely updated to keep the platform secure and up to date.
