Release Notes

v0.14.0

Clearer sign-in screens, smarter email alerts, and new website controls

This release gives every portal's sign-in screen a clearer, more secure design, adds proactive email configuration alerts and refined appointment previews to the admin portal, and introduces a new setting to control your practice's public website. Several smaller readability and accessibility fixes round out the update.

Features

  • Sign-in screens lead with your practice name: every portal's sign-in card now opens with your practice's own name instead of a generic greeting, making it immediately clear which workspace you are entering. The client portal uses a friendly "My [Practice]" style heading, while staff portals show who the sign-in page is for.
  • Email configuration health at a glance: the admin sidebar and Email Settings tabs now show a warning when your email connection needs attention, so problems are visible before they affect deliveries.
  • Smarter delivery activity view: the delivery activity list now opens on "Needs attention" automatically when there are issues to review, and readiness emails now name the connection that was tested.
  • Clearer delivery categories: delivery activity now distinguishes category and type and clarifies available connection actions, making it easier to understand what each message is and what you can do with it.
  • Refined appointment previews: the calendar's appointment preview now separates client details from appointment information with a clear divider, and organizes date, time, location, status, and service into distinct, easy-to-scan rows.
  • Public website control: practices can now enable or disable their public website from a single setting. Existing practices keep their current website availability with no action needed.

Fixes

  • Corrected sign-in wording: the role label on sign-in cards (for example, "for therapists") now reads correctly in English and Romanian, not just Dutch.
  • No more broken sign-in heading: if your practice's details take a moment to load, the sign-in card now shows a complete, friendly heading instead of a cut-off sentence.
  • Fixed icon mix-up in settings: the Entity names configuration tab now uses a distinct icon, no longer sharing one with the Client section in the sidebar.
  • Removed a non-working link: a "back to website" link on sign-in pages that never worked has been removed.
  • Better readability on smaller screens: text on the sign-in card no longer wraps awkwardly on narrow screens.
  • Caps Lock warning while typing your password: password fields across sign-in, reset, and change-password now warn you when Caps Lock is on.
  • Faster sign-in: the cursor now lands automatically in the email field when you open a sign-in page.
  • Clearer "Forgot password?" link: this link no longer looks like an error message on practices with red, amber, or green brand colors.
  • Cleaner sign-in confirmation: the "signing you in" screen no longer repeats the same message twice.
  • Consistent appointment avatars: client and therapist photos now appear at the same size throughout appointment summaries, previews, and calendar views.
  • Consistent appointment layout: client and therapist details in Appointment Information now line up with all the other fields instead of appearing stacked.

Security and reliability

  • Sign-in pages no longer reveal technical details: unauthenticated sign-in pages no longer display internal build information; they now show a simple link to what's new instead.
  • Ongoing security maintenance: routine security updates were applied across the platform to keep it protected against known vulnerabilities.
