v0.14.15

A more streamlined admin portal: navigation, security, and email settings

This release reorganizes the admin portal for greater clarity, including navigation, security settings, service management, and email configuration. It also fixes issues with clickable section headers, sidebar selection, and numeric field limits, and improves protection for sensitive custom field values.

Features

  • Redesigned admin navigation: the sidebar now focuses on daily work, with organization setup, access, and settings grouped into a single Administration panel that remembers how you like it arranged.
  • Clearer security settings: multi-factor authentication and IP access options are shown as compact, easy-to-scan cards, with detailed explanations available on demand instead of always on screen.
  • Configurable service lists: save your preferred columns for services, including custom fields, and export that same view to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
  • Simpler dashboard for new workspaces: new admin accounts now start with a focused view of appointments and tasks, with detailed statistics available when you need them.
  • Combined staff and client invitations: one invitations page now covers both staff and clients, and access details and invite actions are available directly from the staff and client lists.
  • Streamlined public content management: your practice's website information and frequently asked questions are now organized into two tabs with collapsible sections.
  • Dedicated organization details page: your organization's details, custom fields, and related activity history now live on their own page.
  • Simplified email settings: sending routes and the delivery log are now collapsible sections within a single Email settings tab, the delivery log loads faster page by page, and the routing overview shows your default route once, highlighting only the locations that differ from it.
  • Staff status shown for MFA members: the multi-factor authentication member list now shows whether each admin also has a linked staff profile.

Security and reliability

  • More reliable field masking: numeric custom fields configured to stay hidden by default now reliably stay masked, keeping sensitive values protected from unintended display.
  • Updated safeguards: an outdated exception was replaced with an updated, patched component, improving overall protection.
