Translated validation messages and encrypted activity reasons
This release ensures form and validation error messages are shown correctly translated, makes reasons typed by staff and clients for overrides, cancellations, and reschedules visible in appointment activity history, and stores those reasons encrypted like other personal information.
Features
- Reasons now visible in activity history: when an appointment override, edit, or a client’s cancellation or reschedule includes a typed reason, it now appears once on the appointment’s activity history, so staff can see why a change was made.
Fixes
- Error messages now shown in your language: form and validation messages throughout the admin and client portals now appear correctly translated instead of showing raw English text.
- Consistent error display on login: the admin login page now shows password and other field errors with the same style and size, instead of a smaller, mismatched message for the password field.
Security and reliability
- Stronger protection for typed reasons: reasons that staff or clients type when overriding, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment are now stored encrypted, matching the protection already used for other personal information.
- Reduced data exposure: staff names that were previously duplicated in an unprotected format are no longer stored that way, since the same information is already kept securely elsewhere.
