v0.14.39

ICF intake template with a 2 × 2 grid, case history, and better-protected photos

The highlight of this release is the new ICF intake template: a complete intake for appointments, built on the WHO ICF model and laid out as a 2 × 2 grid. Your own field sets can now use the same 2 × 2 grid. Cases now keep a full history of every change, including the reason for each close or reopen, and photos load faster with a new setting for what appears publicly.

Features

  • New ICF intake template: you can now add a complete ICF intake to your appointments in one step, built on the WHO ICF model and laid out as a 2 × 2 grid.
    • The four boxes are Functions & anatomical structures, Activities & participation, Personal factors, and Environmental factors.
    • Each box has “According to the client”, an “Assessed?” choice with N/A, No, and Yes, and “According to the therapist”, which appears only when “Assessed?” is Yes.
    • The first box also has a “Pain now” scale from 0 to 10.
    • After you add the template, it is an ordinary field set: you can rename, add, remove, and move its fields.
    • Every value in the intake is stored encrypted.
    • When you dictate, the Smart Assistant knows which box each field belongs to, so it can put what you say in the right box, and you review every filled-in field before you save.
    • The template is available in every account: open Custom Fields, choose Appointments, and click Use Template on ICF intake.
  • 2 × 2 grid for field sets: a field set can now use a 2 × 2 grid with four named boxes instead of a list. Forms, detail pages, and the client portal show the boxes side by side on a laptop and stacked on a phone. When you reorder, you can move fields between boxes and swap whole boxes, by drag and drop or from a menu.
  • Case activity history: every change to a case is now recorded, and the case drawer shows the full history, including the reason given to close, reopen, or edit a closed case.
  • Reopen your own closed cases: if you closed a case yourself, you can now reopen it without asking an administrator.
  • Documents in the case drawer: you can now download, edit, and delete case documents directly in the case drawer, as you already could on the Documents tab.
  • Faster, better-protected photos: photos now load faster, and each team member’s profile has a new “Show photo publicly” setting that decides whether the photo appears on your public website and in online booking.
  • Clearer collapsible sections: buttons such as Reorder and Add now stay in the same place in the header of a collapsible section, whether it is open or folded.

Fixes

  • Clearing trial data no longer gets stuck: after you clear all data in a trial, you now land on the sign-in page with a clear notice, instead of a blank screen that reloaded endlessly.
  • Field set order now saves: when you drag a field set to a new position, the new order now saves at once with a confirmation, and the page recovers automatically if the save fails.
  • Correct “today” in calendars: calendars and date limits now use your account’s own date, so a team member or browser in another time zone no longer sees the wrong day.
  • Saving fields without activity logging: an appointment now saves when you change only fields that have activity logging turned off, such as the ICF intake fields.
  • Compact yes/no choices: choice fields whose options are plain labels, such as “Assessed?” in the ICF intake, now show simple radio buttons instead of large cards.

Security and reliability

  • Encrypted reasons for case changes: the reason given to close, reopen, or edit a closed case is stored encrypted and shown only in the case history.
  • Stronger photo privacy: photos of the people you serve are never cached, and team photos are cached privately only, so sensitive images stay protected and still load quickly.
  • Core software kept current: we updated core platform software to close a critical, publicly disclosed vulnerability; the way Praxium uses the affected feature was never exposed to it.
