Improved onboarding flow and reliability fixes
This release brings a restructured onboarding experience with clearer task ordering, improved guidance, and several reliability improvements running in the background.
Features
- Restructured onboarding tasks: The onboarding checklist has been reorganised for a more logical flow. Must-know tasks now lead with a quick way to explore trial data tools, followed by services and your first appointment. Nice-to-know tasks lead with branding, with team and custom fields further down.
- Secondary actions on onboarding tasks: Some tasks now show a secondary action alongside the main button — for example, the invite teammate task shows a link to set up access roles first, since that is typically the right starting point.
- Completed tasks stay actionable: Buttons on finished onboarding tasks remain visible so you can easily revisit a completed step.
- Onboarding pill auto-shrinks sooner: The onboarding widget now collapses automatically after 2 seconds of inactivity (previously 3 seconds), keeping your workspace tidier.
- Trial banner dismissal fixed: Dismissing the trial banner no longer leaves an unwanted gap at the top of the page after reloading.
