Booked capacity insights for staff and locations
This release adds a new booked-capacity view to the staff and location lists, along with a refreshed staff availability calendar and clearer guidance on password fields.
Features
- Booked capacity at a glance: the Staff and Locations lists now show a booked-capacity percentage for the last 30 days, calculated from opening hours, closures, staff availability, and confirmed or pending appointments for the selected location. The underlying booked and unbooked time is also available if you need more detail, and the same figures are included when exporting these lists.
- Clearer staff availability calendar: the weekly availability view has been refined with separate rails per location, a clearer legend, unified calendar navigation, and helpful tooltips, making it easier to see who is available where and when.
- Friendlier password fields: guidance text now appears only after you start typing in a password field, while your entry stays masked for privacy, giving a cleaner and more consistent experience across the admin portal.
