v0.8.14
Timeline history for client records and a new booking capacity report
This release adds a browsable history for measurement and body-diagram fields on client records, plus a new booking capacity report so practices can track how well appointment slots are being used over time. It also brings clearer error messages and a more reliable sign-in process.
Features
- Timeline history for client fields: staff and clients can now review a chronological history of measurements and body-diagram entries, including corrections, so everyone can see how a client's situation has changed over time.
- Booking capacity report: practices can now open a new Reports tab to see how well appointment slots are being used, with past, current, and future periods broken down by location and therapist.
Fixes
- Clearer save error messages: when saving fails because someone else changed the record first, the message now explains that instead of showing a generic "name already exists" error.
- Updated report column preferences: existing users now automatically see the new default columns in the booking capacity report table.
Security and reliability
- Stronger sign-in protection: additional safeguards now ensure a security check that already protected the practice portal applies consistently everywhere, including when pages load.
- More reliable two-step sign-in: fixed a rare case where a blocked sign-in attempt could be incorrectly reported as successful.
- Better-protected client history: new history entries for measurements and body-diagram fields are encrypted with the same protection applied to other client data.
