Inline Timeline history, plus report fixes
Client and appointment records now show their custom Timeline history directly on the page instead of in a separate tab, in both the admin portal and the client portal. We also fixed an issue where staff details could fail to display correctly in certain reports.

- Portal history permissions: practices can now set per-field Hidden, Read, or Write access for Timeline information shown to clients in the client portal.
