Smarter scheduling, tasks, and voice-powered workflows
This release brings redesigned appointment forms, more flexible task management, a new voice-powered assistant that fills in client and appointment details for you, and appointments are now included in search. It also includes reliability and security improvements behind the scenes.

- Redesigned appointment forms: create and edit appointment forms now follow the same logic, showing service selection first, with duration and price filled in automatically (overridable where allowed).
- More flexible task management: a resizable task panel, clearer ownership filters, and attachments up to 20 MB.
- Voice-powered Smart Assistant: record a conversation or talk with the assistant, and have client or appointment details filled into the right form automatically for you to review before saving.
- Appointments now searchable: find upcoming appointments directly from the global search bar.
- Location-specific webhook rules: practices using webhook integrations can now scope automated notifications to specific locations.
Fixes
- Smoother loading in selection lists: staff and assignee pickers now show their loading status without shifting the rest of the form.
Security and reliability
- Faster access revocation on task reassignment: when a task is reassigned, the previous assignee immediately loses access to it and its attachments, while history remains available to authorized users.
- More reliable reports involving appointment staff: fixed an issue that could prevent certain reports from loading correctly.
- More stable sign-in sessions: renewing a session while you keep working is now more resilient, reducing unexpected sign-outs.
