Location-Aware Information Fields and Safer File Uploads

This release adds location-specific information fields for practices with multiple locations, clearer guidance for setting up custom fields, and stronger protection for uploaded staff photos, documents, and attachments. It also fixes several display issues, including staff photos and appointment calendar cards.

Features

  • Location-specific information fields: practices with multiple locations can now keep separate values for fields such as staff biographies, with a clear location label and the option to expand or collapse each location's entry independently.
  • Automatic cleanup on location changes: when a staff member or client is no longer linked to a location, related location-specific information is now removed automatically after you confirm, keeping records tidy.
  • Clearer validation guidance: every field validation rule now shows a short explanation and example in your own language, making it easier to set up fields correctly.
  • Adjustable text field height: admins can now choose how many lines a long-text field shows, both when editing and when viewing records.
  • Clearer service option names: service details and activity history now show clear, consistent names for service options, and it is clearer whether staff or clients choose them.
  • Grouping badges on field lists: field management and record pages now show a clear badge indicating whether information is grouped per entry or per location.

Fixes

  • Staff photos restored: a temporary issue that could cause existing staff photos to disappear during a platform update has been fixed; photos now display reliably everywhere they are shown.
  • Inactive field values preserved: values saved before a field was deactivated are now kept visible and editable, instead of disappearing or blocking other changes.
  • Validation messages placed correctly: required-field messages for multilingual, location-specific fields now appear under the correct language field.
  • Calendar appointment cards corrected: appointment cards in the calendar now display with consistent, rectangular corners.
  • Minor display corrections: fixed a staff name occasionally showing as "Unknown", an inconsistent online-booking badge width, and incorrect Romanian wording for result counts on list pages.

Security and reliability

  • Stronger file protection: staff photos, documents, and task attachments are now encrypted and scanned for malware before they become available, adding an extra layer of protection for your data.
  • More reliable uploads: file uploads are now handled more reliably, reducing the chance of failures for larger files such as photos and documents.
