Smoother scheduling, clearer photos, and safer account resets

This release brings a more consistent appointment calendar, clearer staff and client photos, and safer handling of email settings and account resets. It also fixes a date display issue for practices in far time zones and strengthens how private photos are protected.

Features

  • Unified appointment previews: appointment cards and previews now look and behave consistently across the calendar, the dashboard, and client and staff profile pages, showing location, service, and quick status actions.
  • Unavailable time with context: blocked-off time in the calendar now shows any notes plus the start and end time, so staff can see at a glance why a slot is unavailable.
  • Consistent staff and client photos: profile photos now appear at consistent sizes with a clean square portrait style, and a neutral placeholder is shown when no photo is available.
  • Clearer onboarding panel: the onboarding guide now visibly shrinks into its corner button instead of disappearing abruptly.
  • Notes on email routing rules: administrators can add optional notes to organization and location email-routing rules to explain why a rule exists.
  • Faster email settings pages: the connections, routing, delivery, and templates pages in email settings now load independently and show a lightweight preview while loading.
  • Clearer email provider key management: administrators can test a current or replacement email provider key separately, with clearer status and timing information about any delivery issues.
  • Administrator access preserved during resets: when a practice's data is reset, existing administrator logins are kept in place instead of requiring re-invitation.

Fixes

  • Correct calendar dates in far time zones: appointment dates in the calendar now display correctly for practices in time zones far ahead of UTC.
  • Reliable setup confirmation messages: the message confirming that a practice is ready to use is now sent independently, so it is no longer affected by other account-setup steps.
  • No duplicate dashboard refreshes: the schedule dashboard no longer reloads its data more often than necessary.
  • Clearer email settings wording: confirmation dialogs and labels in email settings now consistently reflect the current credential state.

Security and reliability

  • Stronger protection for private photos: access to staff and client photos now goes through an additional permission check, and photo links can no longer be reused or guessed to view someone else's photo.
  • More reliable email delivery tracking: the outcome of every email attempt is now consistently tracked, improving visibility into delivery issues.
  • Safer administrator resets: resetting a practice's data now checks for identity conflicts across practices before proceeding, preventing accidental loss of administrator access.
