Clearer status indicators, remembered views, and refined booking forms

This release polishes how the admin portal looks and feels: status badges, online booking visibility, and information hints are now consistent everywhere, appointments remember your preferred view, and staff availability can be pre-filled from your location's opening hours. Numeric fields such as price and duration no longer show browser spinner arrows, and several labels and field names have been clarified.

Features

  • Consistent status indicators: account, service, and online booking statuses now use the same colours and icons everywhere, so the same state always looks the same.
  • Online booking as its own column: the services list now shows online booking availability in its own column, making phone-only services easy to spot.
  • Refreshed info hints: the small "i" hints throughout the admin portal now share one calmer, white-card style with a matching tooltip design.
  • Simpler dashboard statistics: appointment statistics on the dashboard are now shown as a clean, minimal strip of numbers.
  • Remembers your Appointments view: the admin portal now remembers your last-used Appointments view (calendar, staff columns, date range) and returns to it automatically.
  • Staff availability pre-fill: when setting up a new availability rule, choosing a location first now pre-fills sensible weekdays and hours based on that location's opening hours.
  • Cleaner numeric fields: price, duration, and booking-timing fields no longer show the browser's built-in up/down arrows, giving a cleaner typing experience.
  • Clearer names: the staff "Booking" section is now called "Appointments", the Locations status filter is labelled "Status" instead of "Filter", and the built-in appointment note fields are now named "Appointment Notes" and "Internal Notes".

Fixes

  • Branding preview: your saved practice colours now appear immediately when previewing branding, including the correct tertiary colour on preview buttons.
  • Staff availability saving: edits to individual staff availability rules now save reliably instead of occasionally being lost.
  • Online booking warnings: staff-related online booking warnings on a service no longer appear when that service is not offered for online booking.
  • Numeric field entry: pasting numbers into price and duration fields now keeps the displayed and saved values in sync.

Security and reliability

  • Stronger content protections: saving translated text in the admin portal is now more strictly checked, so content can only be saved in the languages enabled for your practice.
