Improved navigation, activity panels, and in-app feedback
This release brings a refreshed sidebar and activity panel experience in the admin portal, along with a new feedback button that lets anyone — staff or clients — share a bug report, feature request, or general comment directly from within the app.
Features
- In-app feedback button: A floating button is now available on every portal — admin, client, and internal. Click it to report a bug, request a feature, or leave a general comment. After submitting, you receive a reference code (starting with PRX-) so you can follow up if needed.
- Improved sidebar navigation: The sidebar now peeks open when you hover over it while collapsed, making it easier to navigate without fully expanding it. Spacing, density, and visual details have been refined throughout.
- Profile menu moved to the sidebar: Your account menu is now in the sidebar footer instead of the header, keeping the top of the screen cleaner.
- Consistent activity panels: Activity panels on entity detail pages now match the look and behaviour of the dashboard activity panel, including close, maximise, and reopen controls.
- Simplified dashboard controls: The dashboard now refreshes automatically every five minutes. The manual interval picker has been removed to keep the interface clean.
Fixes
- Client activity was not always being recorded correctly; this has been restored.
Security and reliability
Additional safeguards have been put in place to better protect access to data across the platform.
