Improved custom field validation and data reliability
This release improves how custom fields work in your practice's settings, including stronger IBAN validation and more reliable handling of organisation data. Several internal quality improvements make the platform more stable and consistent.
Features
- IBAN validation: Custom fields configured with an IBAN preset now verify the full checksum according to the international standard, catching incorrectly entered bank account numbers before they are saved.
- Organisation custom fields: Organisation records can now be included as a custom field entity type, giving you more flexibility in how you structure your practice data.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where saving certain practice settings could overwrite changes made by another user at the same moment, causing data to be lost silently.
- Fixed a problem where organisation name changes were not always fully reflected across all related records when part of the update encountered an error.
Security and reliability
Additional safeguards have been put in place to ensure that sensitive practice data stored in custom fields is consistently protected. These improvements apply across all the ways custom field data can be saved or updated.
