Staff photo fix and reliability improvements
This release fixes a bug where staff profile photos were not shown on client detail pages, and includes internal reliability improvements to how data is stored and protected.
Fixes
Staff photos now appear correctly on client detail pages. When a client record showed an assigned or treating therapist, the therapist's profile photo was not displayed — only their initials appeared, even when a photo had been uploaded. This has been corrected: the correct photo is now always shown, with initials as a fallback if no photo is available.
Security and reliability
Additional safeguards have been put in place to ensure that data protection settings are applied consistently and cannot be changed after a practice is set up. These improvements strengthen the reliability of how sensitive information is handled.
