Color picker custom fields, staff profile improvements, and bug fixes
This release introduces a new color picker option for custom fields, improves how staff profiles and location settings are managed, and fixes several smaller issues in the admin and client portal.
Features
- Color picker custom field type: Practices can now add a color picker as a custom field type. Colors are stored and displayed consistently — both as a color swatch and the exact color code — across detail pages, lists, and the activity log.
- Staff location and admin access in one step: Admin data access settings for staff are now saved together with the rest of the staff profile in a single save action. Active staff must have at least one assigned location, and location-based access settings are automatically kept consistent.
- Clearer staff and client detail pages: Portal access details are now shown in a collapsible section alongside other access information. Past appointments are easier to read, and the staff detail page no longer shows a duplicate button for new appointments.
Fixes
- Color custom field values now appear correctly in the activity log, with a color swatch shown alongside the hex value.
- Staff public page visibility settings now correctly apply only to locations the staff member is actually assigned to.
- Client portal access section now uses the same consistent layout as other profile sections.
