June 2026: Multi-Location Support, Smarter Exports, and Stronger Security
June 202620 releases
June brought full multi-location support and a broad set of improvements for growing practices, with stronger exports, custom fields, login, staff access, and security controls.
- Multi-location management: Practices can manage multiple clinics from one account, with location-specific schedules, staff assignments, services, pricing, branding, colours, logos, and FAQ content.
- Daily administration: Staff, client, appointment, service, practice, and location lists gained clearer columns, better filters, CSV, Excel, and PDF exports, and more readable status and activity displays.
- Custom fields and data quality: Country, phone, date, colour, and location custom fields became easier to configure, preview, validate, and review in the activity log.
- Security and reliability: Praxium strengthened encryption, role boundaries, support access controls, webhook reliability, MFA and login flows, and dependency security across the platform.
Features
- Multi-location: Practices can now run multiple locations from one account, each with its own opening hours, staff, services, pricing, branding, and per-location FAQ overrides, switchable via a new location selector in the admin portal.
- Client and staff records: Client and staff pages now show location assignments, default locations, and access settings more clearly, with new location columns on list pages.
- Custom fields: Added a color picker field type, a searchable country field, a dual-mode phone field with automatic international formatting, an improved desktop date picker, and a live preview when building custom fields.
- Exports and login: Staff, client, appointment, service, and tenant lists can now be exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF, and signing in is smoother thanks to an improved multi-factor authentication flow and better accessibility.
- Support access and administration: Praxium support access is now fully audited and time-limited with a visible history, and role and permission management has been tightened so administrators can only assign rights within their own access level.
Fixes
- Display fixes: Staff photos now appear correctly on client pages, the public team page no longer goes blank when a photo or name is missing, and activity log entries show readable titles instead of raw data.
- Locations: Practices with existing data are automatically repaired if a location was missing, and staff or clients are auto-linked to the single active location where applicable.
- Webhooks and API: Fixed webhook delivery failures caused by a network address error, and long API call paths and webhook secrets now display correctly.
- Interface polish: Corrected export menu sizing, date-of-birth display issues, staff form save timing, and several other layout and navigation inconsistencies across list and detail pages.
Security and reliability
- Data protection: Stored patient and practice data now has stronger encryption binding each record more tightly to its owner, applied automatically to existing data with no action needed.
- Access control: Support sessions are limited to one at a time, expire automatically, and are read-only where required; role changes now require sufficient authority over both the current and target role.
- Dependencies: Multiple dependency updates were applied throughout the month to resolve security advisories, keeping the platform's components up to date.
