This month Praxium replaced third-party scheduling with a fully native booking engine, added a voice-powered AI assistant, and rolled out Romanian language support with stronger security across every portal.

• Booking: Appointments are now booked entirely within Praxium, with day and multi-day calendars, flexible date-range search, and visit-reason booking.
• Client portal: Clients can hold slots, manage bookings, and view appointment history, now available in Romanian.
• Administration: New task management, calendar events, and a voice-powered AI assistant help staff work faster.
• Security: Sessions now lock instead of logging out, and staff photos and documents are now encrypted and scanned.

June brought full multi-location support and a broad set of improvements for growing practices, with stronger exports, custom fields, login, staff access, and security controls.

• Multi-location management: Practices can manage multiple clinics from one account, with location-specific schedules, staff assignments, services, pricing, branding, colours, logos, and FAQ content.
• Daily administration: Staff, client, appointment, service, practice, and location lists gained clearer columns, better filters, CSV, Excel, and PDF exports, and more readable status and activity displays.
• Custom fields and data quality: Country, phone, date, colour, and location custom fields became easier to configure, preview, validate, and review in the activity log.
• Security and reliability: Praxium strengthened encryption, role boundaries, support access controls, webhook reliability, MFA and login flows, and dependency security across the platform.

May brought more control over patient portal access, a smoother guided setup for new practices, and stronger account security including mandatory two-factor authentication for admins.

• Client portal: You can now choose exactly which sections and fields each patient sees, and portal emails carry your practice branding.
• Onboarding: The checklist was redesigned with collapsible sections, a clearer next-task view, a mobile-friendly layout, and a new step for inviting your first client.
• Administration: Business details now live in a new Organisation section with custom fields, and IBAN entries are checked for validity before saving.
• Security: Admins can now enforce mandatory multi-factor authentication, and sensitive actions like inviting an admin require a fresh authentication code.

April was Praxium's most significant month yet, bringing an AI-assisted intake, a secure patient portal and a complete visual refresh you can brand as your own.

• Clinical documentation: AI-assisted intake lets you speak naturally while Praxium drafts structured notes for your review and approval before anything is saved.
• Client portal: A new secure patient portal lets clients sign in to view their own information, protected by the same strong login security used by staff.
• Design and branding: A refreshed look spans the whole platform, with practice branding so the portal carries your own colours and logo.
• Administration and security: A new access and security area adds IP restrictions and an audit log, plus a clearer two-tab view for inviting colleagues and managing roles.
• Clinical tools: An interactive body map helps record where a patient experiences complaints.

• Dashboard: Choose and arrange the widgets you see, including an at-a-glance view of the day's schedule.
• Services: Organise treatments into categories and variants with their own custom fields, plus new map-based and calculated fields.
• Security: Practice data is fully isolated at the database level, and connections to the scheduling service are secured with signed, verified messages.

This month, Praxium became more flexible and easier to manage on any device, with new customization options, full audit tracking, and mobile-ready screens across the portal.
