October 2026: Room booking and memberships, new attendance reports and a rebuilt Client Portal

October 202617 releases

October brought room booking with online-paid memberships, a full set of attendance and trend reports with exports, and a rebuilt Client Portal.

  • Memberships and rooms: You can offer shared rooms and renewing memberships, with joining fees, custom prices and refund tracking.
  • Booking: Week-view booking times, a Month view in every calendar and better-timed reminders make scheduling easier.
  • Reporting: New attendance, Appointments and Trends reports can be filtered and exported.
  • Security: New organizations start with required two-factor sign-in, new-device sign-in emails were added, and stored personal data is now encrypted.

Features

  • Room booking and memberships: You can offer shared rooms with a people limit and sell renewing memberships paid online through your own payment provider account, and people buy a plan, pay and book or cancel sessions on a new Memberships page in the Client Portal. Turn it on under Settings › General › Room booking.
  • Membership pricing and payments: Plans can charge a one-time joining fee, you can set a custom price when you assign a membership, and plan price changes keep personal prices. Mollie refunds and chargebacks are now recorded in the payment history, and Application info explains how membership payments work.
  • Reports: New Appointments, Trends and attendance-per-person reports and a rebuilt Booking capacity report can be filtered by location and staff member, and every report and chart can be exported as PDF, Excel, CSV or PNG.
  • Attendance tracking: Cancellations now record who cancelled, a late cancellation counts as a miss, and your people list gains Attendance and No-show rate columns with a strip of each person’s recent visits.
  • Rebuilt Client Portal: A new top bar with one Book button, a Home page built around the next appointment, a rebuilt Appointments page and a footer with opening hours replace the old layout.
  • Booking: Booking screens show the week as a strip of days with times grouped under Morning, Afternoon and Evening, a session page lets you book another session in one step, and an Add to calendar menu supports popular calendar apps.
  • Calendars and reminders: Every calendar offers a Month view, a rescheduled appointment gets a reminder for its new time, and cancellation emails are held briefly so an undone cancellation reaches nobody.
  • Case-shared field sets: A field set can keep one set of values for a whole case, which you read and edit from every appointment in that case, with clear choices when appointments move between cases.
  • Invitations: Client Portal invitations now last 4 days and team invitations 2 days, every link email shows the exact deadline, and you can send a replacement link for an expired invitation.
  • Location branding: A web address that belongs to a location now shows that location's logo, name and colours on its sign-in page, and keeps them after sign-in and on the lock screen.

Fixes

  • Membership payments: A membership paid online now shows as paid, people return to the Client Portal still signed in after paying, and refunds reported by the payment provider reopen the billing period wherever a payment is checked.
  • Reports and exports: Offered hours in capacity reports are no longer inflated by overlapping availability, lists and exports no longer fail when Client Portal columns are included, and exported Body Map reports keep every layer, note and body side.
  • Documents: The Documents tab no longer stops at 25 documents, and deleting a person or staff member now removes their documents without an error.
  • Sign-in and sessions: Changing a password in the Client Portal works again and signs you out everywhere, and a locked or deactivated account now ends the session with a clear reason instead of failing every page.
  • Booking and saving: Held times no longer block or fail a booking, the booking screen keeps your choices while Book is sent, Directions opens Google Maps on Android phones, and a refused save now shows the exact field to correct.

Security and reliability

  • Stronger sign-in protection: New organizations start with required two-factor sign-in for the admin portal, every sign-in lock sends an email, and signing in on a new browser emails the account holder.
  • Protection against stale saves: A save from an outdated screen is now refused instead of overwriting newer changes, and your typed text is kept when the screen reloads.
  • Encrypted personal data: Client Portal sign-in details, invitation email addresses and details kept for sign-ups and feedback are now stored encrypted, and searches you type into lists stay out of web addresses.
  • Safer access settings: Changing IP restrictions needs a fresh authenticator code, every admin MFA mode switch is audited and emailed, and password changes and resets check against known breached passwords.
  • Dependable service: A short outage keeps you signed in, reminders are retried automatically if delivery fails, and online payment requests are retried safely.
