Week 9: Appointments, Online Scheduling and a Customisable Dashboard

This week we introduced a complete appointments system to Praxium, connected to online scheduling and paired with a dashboard you can arrange around your day.

  • Appointments: Create, edit, reschedule and cancel appointments, each with its own detail page, filters and status.
  • Online Scheduling: Bookings made through your calendar now appear in Praxium automatically.
  • Dashboard: Choose and arrange widgets for an at-a-glance view of the day's schedule.
  • Service Management: Organise the treatments your practice offers into categories and variants with custom fields.

  • Activity descriptions are now accurate and consistently formatted in Dutch and English.

Security and reliability

  • Each practice's data is fully isolated from every other practice at the database level.
  • Connections to the online scheduling service are secured with signed, verified messages.
  • Login sessions have been hardened with stronger protection against repeated and replayed requests.
