This week we launched Praxium's biggest update yet, introducing AI-assisted intake, a secure patient portal and a full visual refresh that you can brand as your own.
- AI intake: Speak naturally during appointments and let Praxium draft structured notes for your review and approval.
- Patient portal: Clients can now sign in to view their own information, protected by the same strong login security as your team.
- Design & branding: The whole platform has a refreshed look, and the patient portal can carry your own colours and logo.
- Access & security: A new area lets you set IP restrictions and review a clear audit log of staff activity.

Fixes
- Login & recovery: Clearer messages for login and password recovery across the team and patient portals.
- Scheduling: Appointment scheduling now shows dates and times consistently everywhere.
- Bank details: Bank account numbers are now validated and neatly formatted.
Security and reliability
- Patient portal protection: The patient portal has the same safeguards as the team portal, including two-step login, automatic screen lock and account lockout.
- Password recovery: Available in both the team and patient portals, and hardened against abuse.
- Data encryption: Account names and email addresses are now encrypted alongside other sensitive data.
