Week 23: Support Access, Branded Error Pages, and Activity Log Improvements
Jun 1, 2026 - Jun 7, 20261 releases
This week's release adds secure, time-limited support access for Praxium staff, introduces branded error pages across all portals, and improves visibility into account activity and support sessions.
- Security: Support access sessions are now fully audited, time-limited, and can be reviewed or revoked at any time from security settings.
- Client Portal: Broken or restricted links now show a clear, branded page instead of a generic error message.
- Administration: The activity log and support access history are easier to read, showing readable item names and who revoked access.
- Reliability: Several forms and navigation flows in settings screens have been made more stable.
Features
- Audited support access: Praxium support staff can be granted temporary, time-limited access to a practice's environment, with every action fully attributable.
- Access control: Practice administrators can view the access history and revoke support access at any time from security settings.
- Branded error pages: Pages that cannot be found or are not permitted now display a clear, branded page across the practice portal, client portal, and Praxium console.
- Support access history: The support access history table now shows who revoked access and when.
Fixes
- Activity log: The "Entity names updated" entry now shows a readable title for each changed item instead of raw technical data.
- Tooltips: Informational icons in the practice overview now correctly display their explanatory text on hover.
- Stability: Forms and navigation flows in the business and legal settings and role management screens are now more reliable.
Security and reliability
- Support access safeguards: Only one active support session per practice is permitted at a time, and access automatically expires.
- Traceability: All actions taken during a support session remain traceable even after the session ends.
- Data protection: Notification emails for support access no longer include sensitive details, which remain visible only within the secure portal.
