This week's updates focus on making the feedback tool more powerful and secure, giving practices a clearer onboarding journey, and tightening security around sign-in and sensitive account actions.
- Feedback: The feedback form has a cleaner design, screenshot and annotation support, larger attachments up to 20 MB, and encrypted storage for extra protection.
- Onboarding: The onboarding checklist now shows your next task at a glance and is reorganised into clear, collapsible sections that guide you step by step.
- Security: Staff with two-factor authentication now confirm sensitive actions like inviting an admin or resetting a password with a fresh code, and sign-in flows are more robustly protected.
- Administration: Practices can now manage business details through a new Organisation section with support for custom fields, including stronger IBAN validation.

Fixes
- Feedback: The feedback button's focus ring now only appears during keyboard navigation, and various visual inconsistencies in the form have been corrected.
- Feedback: Image previews now show a clear error message when a file cannot be loaded instead of leaving a broken image on screen.
- Login: Login feedback messages are now reliably shown after being redirected to the login page, and restricted access now displays a clear, branded screen.
- Administration: Fixed an issue where saving practice settings could silently overwrite changes made by another user at the same time.
- Trials: Practices on a trial plan can now correctly reset their trial data, and dismissing the trial banner no longer leaves a gap at the top of the page after reloading.
- Account setup: The setup continuation flow now works more reliably when returning to an unfinished setup, and small display issues have been corrected.
Security and reliability
- Two-factor confirmation: Staff with two-factor authentication must now confirm sensitive actions, such as inviting an admin or resetting a password, with a fresh authentication code.
- Sign-in security: Sign-in and account setup flows have been strengthened so only authorised users can complete activation or access account settings.
- Data protection: Feedback attachments are now encrypted at rest, access to file storage has been tightened, and attachments are automatically removed after two years while feedback submissions are anonymized after one year.
- Platform integrity: Audit records are now protected against alteration or removal, and automated checks verify data storage configuration and system health after each release.
