This week brought clearer scheduling tools, stronger sign-in protection, and a more flexible admin workspace, alongside many smaller readability and reliability improvements.
- Booking and calendar: Appointment editing now asks for the right change reason automatically, calendar blocks show true durations, and new practices start with safer default booking settings.
- Sign-in and security: Every sign-in screen now leads with your practice name, staff can optionally confirm a one-time email code from unrecognized networks, and the lock screen now shows who is signing out.
- Admin workspace: Integrations and Security settings are now grouped under Configuration, the admin header can be hidden for more room, and panels and columns can be resized to your liking.
- Content and branding: Long-text fields like biographies now support rich formatting, and branding now uses two simplified colors instead of four.

Fixes
- Scheduling: Editing attendees on past appointments no longer gets incorrectly rejected, and calendar attendee badges and status indicators now display accurately.
- Sign-in and security: Role labels on sign-in screens now read correctly in all supported languages, sign-in headings no longer appear cut off, and the two-factor authentication status badge is now always visible.
- Layout and readability: Sign-in, lock screen, and password verification screens now share consistent sizing and spacing, links throughout the portal use a consistent clickable style, and calendar scrolling no longer skips content.
- Content: Saving an FAQ after creating a category now works reliably, service locations display as a clear single label, and Romanian text was corrected across the admin and client portals.
Security and reliability
- Network sign-in verification: Practices can now enable an optional one-time email code check for staff signing in from unrecognized networks, sitting between existing monitoring and full-block options; new accounts skip a redundant second check right after setup.
- Safer sign-in pages: Unauthenticated sign-in pages no longer reveal internal build information, and a temporary error checking network access rules can no longer block an already successful sign-in.
- Safer content entry: Rich text fields now reliably block unsafe pasted content and unsafe links.
- Ongoing maintenance: Underlying software components were routinely updated across the week to address known security advisories.
