This week brought major improvements to how clients and staff book appointments, along with full Romanian language support, a new Client Access area, and stronger login protections across the portal.
- Booking: Clients and staff can now search a range of dates, see slots grouped by day, and get automatic suggestions for the next available time.
- Client Access: A new dedicated page makes it easier to manage client portal invitations and see linked client profiles.
- Multilingual support: Romanian is now available across the admin portal, client portal, and booking widget, alongside new tools for managing enabled languages.
- Security: Login pages no longer reveal account details to attackers, and appointment status changes are now enforced on the server.
Features
- Booking: Time slots are now shown consistently across the admin portal, client portal, and public booking widget, and staff can search a range of dates instead of a single day.
- Booking: When no slots are open on the selected day, the system automatically finds and shows the next available day.
- Booking: Admins can select a staff member first when creating an appointment, and locations and services are narrowed to match that person's assignments.
- Booking: Appointment lists can now be sorted by any column, including custom fields, and staff and location calendars show availability and closures as a clear hatched pattern.
- Booking: The Appointments page, dashboard, and staff and client tabs now remember your last-used calendar view.
- Client Portal: Practices can control whether clients see their appointment history or can book and reschedule themselves, and clients can now edit their own booking notes.
- Client Access: A new dedicated page lets practices manage client portal invitations, including full history and pending-invitation counts, with linked client profiles shown alongside.
- Multilingual support: A new Languages section lets practices enable languages, set their order, and see a readiness report, and Romanian is now available across the admin portal, client portal, booking widget, and confirmation emails.
- Administration: Branding now uses two simple colors with automatic accent generation, and new services and locations get automatic color suggestions based on their name.
- Administration: FAQ categories can now be created and organized directly from the FAQ edit screen, and service durations and prices no longer have an artificial limit, supporting full-day services.
- Reporting: Staff and Locations lists now show booked-capacity percentages for the last 30 days, and a new booking capacity report breaks down slot usage by location and therapist over time.
- Client Records: Staff and clients can now review a chronological history of measurement and body-diagram entries, including corrections.
- Release Notes: A new public release notes site lets practices browse weekly and monthly summaries, open individual release details, and switch languages.
Fixes
- Booking: Appointments can only be marked completed or no-show after they have started, preventing accidental early status changes.
- Booking: Public bookings now correctly assign a source, status, and location, and duplicate confirmation summaries have been removed.
- Booking: Only one appointment status menu can be open at a time on the calendar, and quick-create now correctly preselects the staff member or location you clicked.
- Booking: Choosing Any available staff now reliably keeps the assigned staff member consistent, even after refreshing or changing dates.
- Client Access: Pending client invitations now stay visible until they actually expire, and a two-factor sign-in issue that could block some client portal accounts has been fixed.
- Administration: FAQ category selections now save correctly, and closing the category dialog with Escape no longer cancels your FAQ edits.
- Administration: Branding colors now preview immediately and correctly, and pasting numbers into price and duration fields keeps values in sync.
- Release Notes: Filtered release notes pages now load reliably, special characters display correctly, and Romanian translations and terminology have been corrected.
- General: The feedback window no longer freezes when opened, and the onboarding checklist now correctly starts at zero completed tasks.
Security and reliability
- Login protection: Sign-in responses no longer reveal whether an account exists, is locked, or has had failed attempts, making it harder for automated tools to probe for valid accounts.
- Access control: Login lockouts can only be cleared by staff with the right permissions, and all unlock actions are recorded in the audit log.
- Appointments: Appointment status transitions are now validated on the server, so completed and no-show rules cannot be bypassed through the interface.
- Data protection: Saved translated content is now strictly checked against your enabled languages, and email delivery failures no longer expose sensitive recipient or link details in system logs.
- Sign-in reliability: Additional safeguards ensure existing security checks apply consistently everywhere, including when pages load, and a rare issue where a blocked two-step sign-in could be reported as successful has been fixed.
- Client records: New history entries for measurements and body-diagram fields are now encrypted with the same protection applied to other client data.
